Complex Samples Dependent T-Test - Comparing a Sub-Group Proportion to Total

From Q

Where gt is the proportion in the total sample and gs is the proportion in the sub-group, nt and ns are their respective effective sample sizes, and ws is the proportion of the total population in sub-group s:

t=gt−gs(1−ws)deff(ses2+sek2),

where:

p=2Pr⁡(tv≥|t|),
gk=(gt−gsws)/(1−ws),
sek=gk(1−gk)nt−ns−b,
seg=gg(1−gg)ns−b,
v=(ses2ns+sek2nk)2(ses2ns)2ns−b+(sek2nk)2nk−b, or, if Weights and significance is set to Un-weighted sample size in tests (see Weights, Effective Sample Size and Design Effects), v=nt−2b
b is 1 if Bessel's correction is selected for Proportions in Statistical Assumptions and 0 otherwise,
deff is Extra Deff, and
ws is the proportion of the Population represents by the sub-group.
